Overview Created in 2002, Q-Park France is a subsidiary of the European Q-Park Group, which specializes in the finance, construction, and operation of car parks. Q-Park France implemented Oracle's Siebel CRM applications to centralize customer information and enable a 360-degree view of customer interactions, driving more effective and efficient service. It achieved consistent management of customer relations for all Q-Park France facilities.
