UPC Hungary Ltd. Improves Efficiency With Strategic Human Capital Management Solution
Overview UPC Hungary wanted to reduce the time, cost, and complexity of Human Resources (HR) management activities by migrating onto a single IT platform and automating business processes and improve efficiency by centralizing all HR processes - recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, talent management, and reporting - on one system. The challenge was to ensure compliance with Hungarian laws and regulations and reduce training costs without reducing training quality. UPC Hungary implemented Oracle Human Resources to increase the efficiency of the company's HR functions. It automated business processes, reducing paperwork for several processes including vacancy management and change management.
