Global Forum Achieves Technical Success With Dedicated Support Engineer Program

Overview The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum needed to be able to go into a venue and within 24 to 36 hours get the IT systems up and running. They had to be able to support their own staff, delegates, and the media. And with a multinational and multilingual APEC membership combined with a wide array of computer systems, the task was even more challenging. To ensure successful IT operations, the APEC IT team turned to a Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) from Microsoft Services. The DSE provided the IT team with the expertise it needed to quickly deal with emerging problems, identifying the root cause of the issue and solving it before it could affect operations.
