Overview Due to complex tax laws and the personalized nature of its services, Dixon Wilson employees must quickly find information stored in a variety of locations and adapt data to meet client needs. The challenge was to communicate efficiently and respond quickly to client requests and safeguard systems and ensure secure information access. Dixon Wilson sought to improve employee efficiency and productivity and to enhance the security of its IT environment. Working with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner ABC Systemes, all departments of Dixon Wilson participated in beta testing the Windows Vista operating system. The firm will upgrade 22 desktop computers and 5 mobile computers to Windows Vista from the Windows XP Professional Edition operating system, immediately after the new operating system is released.
