Entertainment Company Improves Security, Reduces Costs With New Operating System

Overview The company needed to improve security and strengthen administrator control and reduce IT support demands through remote PC management. The challenge was to provide troubleshooting and self-help support for users. The company engaged Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Nexus Technologies in late 2006, to deploy a single platform Windows Vista solution using the 2007 Microsoft Office system. The new installation trialed on five Intel Core Duo processor equipped HP Evo nc6400 laptops that worked with the software to improve security, troubleshooting and search efficiency, and reduce IT department reliance.
