Overview Softswitch is a next generation technology and Aricent with this solution had the opportunity for carving a niche for itself in the Softswitch market. The product throws a challenge for testing as it has multiple protocol interfaces catering to both the SCN (Switched Circuit Network) and PDN (Packet Data Network) world. Aricent had the complete responsibility for testing the complex Softswitch system and giving final qualification for shipping the product to the customer for the first time. In-depth knowledge of VoIP Protocols and systems coupled with strong system testing experience enabled them to provide an exhaustively tested product to the customer.
