Data Management Company Turns to 64-Bit Platform for Dramatic Performance

Overview Panorama Software is the maker of Panorama NovaView, a suite of software products that provides large organizations with enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including analytics, scorecards, dashboards business modeling, and management reporting. In response to requests from current customers and to meet growing demand from the marketplace, Panorama became an early adopter of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition for Itanium-based Systems. Porting its software suite to the 64-bit platform helped increase the performance of NovaView by 40 to 60 percent. It also enhances BI operations at Panorama customer sites, and enables the software maker to offer an even more compelling product to potential enterprise customers.
