Assessment and Deployment Tool Helps Microsoft Partner Cut Time by 67 Percent
Overview CAD & Company, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, provides technical and IT consulting services to engineering and architectural firms throughout the Netherlands. To help reduce the nonbillable time spent assessing a customer's IT environment, CAD & Company uses the Microsoft Assessment and Deployment Solution for Midsize Businesses (ADS), a tool that is available free of charge to Microsoft Partners. The tool automatically discovers and collects an inventory of a customer's IT assets, prepares a customer proposal, and generates customized implementation and deployment plans. CAD & Company used ADS to help Tebulo Engineering migrate to a single operating environment, improving security and manageability. Using ADS, CAD & Company completed the project in a third of the time it would have required otherwise.
