Overview The University of Chicago Hospitals and Health System (UCHHS) is one of the most prestigious healthcare systems in the Midwest. Affiliated with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, UCHHS encompasses three major hospitals (including a new children's hospital opening in 2005), a large outpatient care facility, and physician offices throughout the Greater Chicago area.
