Overview HR Web is a secure intranet site that provides Microsoft employees with secure access to various benefit enrollment forms, support for investment programs, retirement savings planning, and healthcare. The easy-to-use Web application makes it convenient for employees to electronically submit timecards, report absences, view pay stubs, and access Human Resources (HR) news and information. HR Web is integrated with SAP R/3, Microsoft's enterprise resource planning solution, which increases HR productivity and decreases the time employees spend providing HR with information. With thousands of employees worldwide accessing the online HR portal each month, HR Web has eliminated the use of more than 200 paper forms and associated processing costs - saving Microsoft over a million dollars a year.
