Overview Seraya Energy Pte Ltd, the retail arm of the second largest power generation company in Singapore, PowerSeraya Ltd, is a onestop energy retail centre. When PowerSeraya Ltd consolidated its operations and expanded some of its key operations to a second location, it faced the challenge of setting up a cost-effective and efficient telephone network with a secure connection between two PowerSeraya facilities. The relocation of the corporate office also saw a strategic move by its retail arm, Seraya Energy to set up an in-house contact centre to enhance the level of customer engagement. An integrated Nortel telephony and contact centre solution including Nortel Meridian 1 Option 11C PBX with Automatic Call Distribution and Nortel Contact Recorder, Nortel CallPilot and Nortel Contact Center - Express.
