Rochester Institute of Technology Improves Applications' Availability With Hosted Solution
Overview Founded in 1829, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is an internationally recognized leader in professional and career-oriented education, enrolling more than 15,000 students in eight colleges. Rochester Institute of Technology wanted to improve availability of core Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) applications. The challenge was to streamline systems management and upgrades and ensure security of applications and data. The Institute implemented Oracle E-Business Suite On Demand to improve ERP application performance and availability. It reduced IT maintenance burden, ensuring rapid and accurate implementation of upgrades and security enhancements.
