Overview Headquartered in Cupertino, CA, Vocera Communications, Inc., has developed a wireless voice communication system to enhance customer service, productivity, and teamwork at hospitals, retail stores, hotels, and service organizations. The company needed a flexible testing solution to help engineers develop wearable, voice-controlled wireless communication solutions. The challenge was to build a cost-effective testing platform for obtaining reliable 802.11 parametric measurements and a way to improve the accuracy of test coverage to improve product quality and reduce returns. The company deployed LitePoint IQview 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN R&D Test Solution and LitePoint IQ ex 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN Manufacturing Test Solution.
