Overview Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is the market leader providing a wide range of employer-focused business process management services that require extensive processing, recordkeeping, technology, and best practices. There were several business initiatives and trends causing many customer problems and placing additional pressure on the Enterprise Systems Management & Monitoring (ESMM) organization. The culmination of these multiple concurrent trends and issues was the realization that a new approach to management was required - Business Service Management (BSM). The company deployed IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager for real-time KPI dashboards, impact and root cause analysis; IBM Tivoli Service Level Advisor for service modeling and SLA analysis; and IBM Tivoli Monitoring for infrastructure monitoring.
