VERITAS NetBackup 6.0 for SAP: SAP NetWeaver Environment Protection
Overview The protection of SAP NetWeaver environments is an inherently challenging process. This process becomes more difficult as data grows in size and as demand for application availability limits the time available to perform backups. Many organizations use custom made scripts and manual backup methods to protect their SAP NetWeaver data. However, these methods do not have the reliability required by enterprise environments, and do little to improve the ongoing availability of critical systems.
