Overview The bank wanted to replace an unsuccessful legacy Learning Management System (LMS) with an online solution that could effectively support the bank's workforce development program and enable employees at all branches to access online training materials, sessions, and assessments. The challenge was to create a flexible, scalable, and open learning management solution, capable of easy integration with K&H Bank's existing e-mail systems and SAP Human Resources (HR) software and ensure rapid user acceptance and adoption by choosing a solution with an intuitive user interface and self-service capabilities. The bank deployed Oracle iLearning to deliver an easy-to-use, self-service online learning environment to employees at all K&H Bank branches. The bank ensured consistency and accuracy of personnel data across the enterprise by integrating Oracle iLearning with SAP HR applications.
