Overview Part of the Vilmorin Group, Hazera Genetics Ltd. is a worldwide supplier of high quality hybrid vegetable and field crop seeds. The company wanted to gain a single, enterprise-wide view across the entire business and centralize and standardize disparate management information systems. The challenge was to enhance data quality and availability to enable meticulous planning, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and analysis throughout the enterprise and reduce operational costs by optimizing business processes. The company optimized global management capabilities and business process efficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite applications. It also improved ability to manage the supply chain throughout the delivery process, through real-time data and expanded visibility.
