Overview C.S. Cargo, a.s. provides international and domestic haulage, outsourcing, logistics, and customs clearance services in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The company wanted to build an agile IT infrastructure to support the business goals of innovation, improved efficiency, and multinational growth. The challenge was to improve financial reporting by introducing a single source of data across the entire enterprise and reduce operational costs. The company supported their growth by consolidating diverse IT systems for a single, enterprise-wide view of daily operations using Oracle E-Business Suite applications. They also created a unified architecture with seamless integration between third-party applications, legacy systems, and custom applications for C.S. Cargo and its three independent companies.
