Overview After refocusing the activities of the Group and creating a new structure based on business units, Hoechst Benelux has decided to migrate directly from the SAP R2/ 4.4 environment to R/3. A dual concern for the independence and coherence of the structural entities of the organisation has underlain this project, carried out in masterly fashion in less than six months by Guy Vankerkhoven's team (Hoechst), backed up by Siemens Nixdorf/Expert Financing Consulting as the client partner.
