Overview Nando's is a fast-casual restaurant chain based in Johannesburg, South Africa, that specializes in a tongue-tingling dish called Peri-Peri Flame-Grilled Chicken. The restaurant started by implementing a centralized directory service - the Active Directory service, an integral part of the Windows Server 2003 operating system - which helped staff automate routine network administrative chores and manage systems remotely.
