Overview The Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund (Suva) is Switzerland's leading accident insurance company. The non-profit organization relies on complex IT systems to serve its customers and protect sensitive accident-related data. These systems historically included a number of disparate directories to manage access privileges for the company's 2,500 employees. Suva needed a new system to set user profiles, safeguard customer information, and ensure all data is up-to-date at all times. It also wanted to reduce the cost of managing its disparate IT architecture. To achieve these goals, the company implemented a new Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) 2003 metadirectory that integrates all existing data in a single location.
