Overview The France Telecom Group, a global telecommunications giant with 153 million customers, wanted to integrate voice, fax, and e-mail data for traveling executives - both internal employees and customers of its Orange Business Services brand. In an increasingly mobile world, France Telecom believed that a messaging solution needed rich support for Web and voice access, while optimizing data security and cutting costs. To accomplish these goals, France Telecom implemented Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Internal users have increased their productivity by receiving unified messages through either a voice or Web interface. And by using Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, they can quickly and securely download documents anywhere.
