Branch employees as well as traveling bank executives use the organization's Microsoft Exchange Server communications system. To enhance the security of company information yet make it easier for employees to check their e-mail, calendars, and other Exchange Server - based information while outside the network, the bank became an early adopter of Exchange Server 2007.
