Five Building Blocks to Optimize Your Enterprise Network

Overview Rather than talking about how many subscribers are on the network, one needs to increasingly address how many devices are connected to the network. One is moving toward an era where anything that can be connected to the network will be connected. One is rapidly approaching the state where the number of network connections will exceed the number of people using them. It is called the state of Hyperconnectivity. Bandwidth and traffic control needs will reach staggering proportions due to ever-increasing data, voice and video applications. Every device that is added to the network amplifies the need for strong network security. And as the number of connected devices increases, an "Always-on" network becomes paramount.
