Overview Canada Post Group wanted to reduce number of problems that need to be escalated, at the same time reducing associated cost and effort. The challenge was to coordinate standardization of SAP technologies across various Canada Post Group organizations, which use different applications and releases. The group deployed SAP MaxAttention premium support offering. The service has helped the group improve its message processing, optimize the operation of its applications, and plan projects such as a portal implementation.
