Domino Printing Gains Single, Consistent, Global View of Customers for Consolidated Business Management
Overview Domino Printing Sciences Plc provides coding and printing solutions for variable data such as "Best before" dates, barcodes and traceability codes on products such as food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. The company wanted to manage customer relationships on a global basis by consolidating fragmented data held on sales made to each subsidiary into a single, consistent, globally available instance. The challenge was to identify hierarchies within each customer organization and increase knowledge of where buying decisions are made. The company implemented Oracle Customer Data Hub to create a single, centrally managed record for all customer data and related transactions and made it available to all authorized personnel globally via a web browser.
