Overview With more than fifty years in the recording industry, MPO is noted throughout Europe for its expertise in prerecorded media. The company wanted to rationalize and facilitate work flow among the group's sales, production, printing, and shipment department and implement an integrated management tool. The challenges were to standardize all group processes by integrating the supply chain functions and strengthen competitiveness in all markets. The company implemented Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for finance, logistics and production. By using the configuration of Oracle's JD Edwards technology to create manufacturing orders, purchasing orders and outsourcing orders for the entire production process, covering the master, pressing and printing processes of CDs.
