IT Governance: In Search of IT ROI

Overview The problem of IT Performance is not new. There have been many attempts to address this issue, mostly, "Borrowing" approaches and frameworks, from other disciplines. IT ROI and Balanced Scorecard are perhaps the best examples of such approaches. These approaches have taken up valuable resources, but failed to address the key issue - how to verifiably improve IT ROI?
