MSDN Webcast: Creating Electronic Greeting Cards With WPF and XAML Browser Application Technologies (Level 200)
Overview The presenter of this webcast explains how to use Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) eXtensible Application Markup Language (XAML) Browser APplication (XBAP) technology to create one's own electronic greeting cards using custom text, vector graphics, and photos. The presenter demonstrates how to make announcements, party invitations, or birthday cards using photographs and simple animations. WPF is the codename for a cross-platform presentation technology for rich Web applications that enable browsers to render XAML in addition to HTML. The XAML that WPF supports is a subset of the XAML that is used by the Windows Presentation Foundation.
