Electronic Delivery and Redemption of Promotional Offers: The Voupon Solution for Mobile Messaging

Overview Carriers need to take back ownership of their customers for mobile message marketing purposes. The Voupon Solution uses the carrier's customer credit card on file for auto pay as the electronic redemption mechanism for mobile message offers. The carrier is the only entity that has this data aggregated, and redemption with the credit card is the simplest and most cost effective redemption process available. As a result, the carrier will regain their gatekeeper status and be able to control the offers, the delivery of the offers, the redemption of the offers, and the customer experience. Further, the carrier will be able to use the Voupon Solution as an incentive to migrate customers to auto-pay.
