FusionNet Harnesses Networking and Collaboration Technologies to Win Hearts and Minds

Overview FusionNet is associated with the Horizontal Fusion program which was established after the 9/11 attacks to encourage more effective collaboration and information sharing throughout the military. Designed and developed by Raleigh, North Carolina-based CC Intelligent Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, FusionNet is a distributed system that disseminates "Ground truth" intelligence and unit management information throughout the battlespace. The solution is built with Microsoft.NET software, SharePoint Products and Technologies, and SQL Server. It also represents one of the first military deployments of Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007, which helps military teams centrally publish and manage electronic forms.
