Microsoft BackOffice Server Helps Keep Comedy Central in the Loop
Overview Comedy Central has a nationwide audience of 46 million subscribers, but the cable network had a tough time keeping all its employees in the communication loop. The cable network, which is jointly owned by Viacom and Time Warner Entertainment, decided to take the matter seriously by deploying a corporate intranet. The goal was to make it a powerful business tool, yet fun and easy to use for employees. It is solving the problem by deploying a corporate intranet that was built using Microsoft tools, and the Microsoft BackOffice Server suite.
