Portal to Empower Charity to Double Its Impact Within One Year
Overview Due to the pervasive needs of Maranhao, FUNDAMED wants to increase the number of medical mission teams it supports each year and provide new volunteer opportunities through additional, non-medical services. To accomplish this, FUNDAMED needs to improve its ability to connect people with the organization, each other, and the information they need and improve its ability to support each unique mission. Thanks to resources from The Develop Without Borders Challenge, co-sponsored by Microsoft and HP, FUNDAMED expects to double the number of international medical missions it supports each year, increase volunteer and staff productivity, better manage each mission project, and increase the donations it receives.
