Barmherzige Bruder Consolidates Patient Data on Network Appliance Solution

Overview Barmherzige Bruder is the largest privately held network of hospitals in Austria. High data growth, decentralized data management, and legal obligations to archive data for 30 years required a storage architecture designed for long-term availability and simple administration. Consolidation on a NetApp FAS Series solution enabled efficient centralized management and backup and recovery of patient data. A NetApp R200 system with NetApp SnapLock Compliance software secured images and patient-care archives.
