Overview A division of EnPro Industries, Inc., GGB is the world's largest manufacturer of metal-polymer plain bearings, employing approximately 1,200 across 22 locations in 19 countries, and boasting a comprehensive network of distributors worldwide. Multiple ERP and sales systems made order fulfillment complex and caused inaccuracies. Process complexity and order inaccuracies affected customer service and inventory costs. Phased implementations posed process integration challenges. The company consolidated product information to produce a single global part master used by engineering, sales, and marketing. They simplified phasing-in sites and integrating acquisitions through use of the Oracle Product Information Data Hub.
