TITAN Technology Partners Manages to Maintain Secure Data Without Complexity and High Cost

Overview TITAN Technology Partners provides hosted and managed industry specific solutions to mid market firms. The company's service offerings include IT infrastructure planning, construction, system implementation, network engineering, training, project management, hosting, managed services support, and IT outsourcing services. The challenges were to architect a scalable, secure infrastructure for hosting a client's Human Capital Management (HCM) system with expected annual data growth of 20%; implement a highly reliable tape backup solution for networked environment prior to go-live date; and provide ongoing support and management of the hosted HCM system with tape data protection meeting the seven-year regulatory data retention requirements, all within client budget. The company deployed Oracle Secure Backup and centralized tape backup software to protect E-Business Suite application files and the Oracle database.
