The challenge was to revamp its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment for greater efficiency, visibility, and operational control and acquire the new system within the company's tight budget considerations and without interrupting essential services. The company migrated to the newest version of Oracle E-Business Suite's financial and procurement modules, enabling the company to introduced efficient new business processes enterprisewide.
