Arbejdstilsynet Gains Access to Performance Contracts With Business Intelligence Solution

Overview Arbejdstilsynet, the Danish Working Environment Authority, is part of the Ministry of Employment. The challenges were to limited workflow support to follow up the performance contract which determines how many and which inspections the authority is to carry out; difficult to get an overview of the many inspections due to poor accessibility of information; and increased error risk because the follow up on the performance contract was manual and at the same time based on many different data extractions. The company implemented business intelligence solution based on Oracle Database, Oracle Warehouse Builder and Oracle Discoverer, allowing users to follow up on the performance contract online.
