Developing a .NET Web Application Using Adobe LiveCycle Forms
Overview Adobe LiveCycle Forms (previously known as Adobe Form Server) is the server-side software that automates the processing of Adobe PDF forms. Adobe LiveCycle Forms is a valuable tool in many PDF workflows. This paper will focus on integrating Adobe LiveCycle Forms with a .NET web application. In addition to showing how to integrate .NET and Adobe LiveCycle Forms, the paper also covers some specific Adobe LiveCycle Forms knowledge that will improve the performance of the system. It is found that although Adobe LiveCycle Forms is easy to integrate into .NET application, specific forms knowledge is important in order to create and maintain a real world Adobe LiveCycle Forms application.
