Xceed Taps the Oracle and NetApp COE to Meet High-Availability Requirements
Overview Xceed is a premier provider of customer contact solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide. Launched within a very tight time frame, Xceed was challenged with rapidly building a highly scalable and robust IT architecture, from the ground up, that would enable it to provide customer service to Telecom Egypt's eight million customers. Xceed needed a highly reliable, high-performance relational database, a customer relationship management system, and a highly scalable and flexible storage solution. After testing several systems from leading vendors, Xceed worked with Fujitsu Siemens as a partner integrator to select the Oracle9i Database with Real Application Clusters, the e-point CRM application, and a NetApp unified storage solution.
