Technology Resources Company Uses NetApp Technology to Offer New Value-Added Services

Overview Technology Resources Company (TRC) provides IT outsourcing, data center services, managed services, and IT consulting services to clients in Iowa. Large and small, TRC's clients depend on IT services to run efficient operations, but each company has its unique requirements. In response, TRC has had to develop a full range of capabilities to capture these opportunities and become one of the largest hosting, managed services, and consulting firms in Iowa. NetApp SAN technology with the Data ONTAP operating system has played a key role in helping TRC to expand its business efficiently. TRC's largest client, the tire retread manufacturer, contracts with TRC for IT operations, and TRC also provides business continuity services.
