Overview The underlying service model exposed to packages in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 environment now has a managed Application Programming Interface (API) to do the most commonly performed tasks. The attendee of this webcast will learn about extending the Visual Studio (VS) Integrated Development Environment (IDE) using the Managed Package Framework (MPF). The MPF helps a person to build high-performance integration solutions rapidly. This webcast walks a person through building a package that integrates with several services in VS, starting with a blank project and culminating with running code.
