Anti-Virus White Papers

White Stuff Sews Up Spam Problem

Overview White Stuff offers quality outdoor clothing for men and women. White Stuff's existing software-based solution, designed to defend its PCs against malware and spam, was proving time consuming to manage. Furthermore, the company was receiving a multitude of spam messages every day and managing the anti-spam software was a time intensive process requiring considerable user input which detracted from the day to day work at White Stuff. Using Sophos Anti-Virus and Sophos PureMessage for Windows Exchange, the retailer is protected against viruses, spyware, Trojans and spam, both on desktop computers and at the e-mail gateway. Since the installation in late 2006, the company has seen a dramatic reduction in the amount of spam entering its e-mail network.
