Websense - The Head of the Class for the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit

Overview When school administrators in Pennsylvania's Erie, Warren, and Crawford counties met earlier this year about filtering internet content, they knew one thing for sure: they needed to comply with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) without letting inappropriate content or haphazard blocking software get in the way of learning. To enhance the filtering capability and raise the level of protection against web-based threats, the districts deploy Websense Premium Groups (PG).
