Ensuring the Safety of Community Children

Overview A valuable tool for a massive organization is an efficient, up-to-date communication system - a system that the Minnesota Department of Education needed to improve. The department wanted to replace an aging and inefficient dial-in interface system with an easy-to-use Web-based solution to provide public access to community information. The Minnesota Department of Education turned to Unisys who deployed NX/Atlas Web Server, NX/Webstation for Java, and Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC) on a ClearPath Plus Libra Model 520 enterprise server.
