Italricambi Consolidates International Position With New Technology Platform

Overview Founded in 1962, Italricambi is a world leader in the manufacture of spare parts, producing earthmoving machinery such as forged tips and teeth, cutting edges, and end bits. The company wanted to replace the existing limited, in-house information-technology system with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that enables Italricambi to compete in the global market. The challenge was to improve management of constant growth - of both sales and corporate size - in an effective manner; existing system was unable to support innovative processes and new production quality standards. The company implemented Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solution to support existing key business procedures and provide transparent interactions with global partners.
