HOPPE wanted to increase turnover and integrate geographically distributed manufacturing plants to improve operational efficiency. The challenge was to achieve greater control over production processes to reduce manufacturing costs. HOPPE implemented Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications for financial, logistics, and manufacturing management across all their factories to drive new levels of operational efficiency and improved supplier management efficiency and customer service while reducing stock and lowering manufacturing costs.
