Overview With a fixed network covering most of Germany, Arcor offers its private and business customers a broad range of voice, Internet, and data services. The company wanted to extend use of electronic billing. The company chose SAP Consulting, part of SAP Customer Services Network as the implementation partner. The company implemented SAP Biller Direct, an application in mySAP ERP Financials and SAP Web Application Server (SAP Web AS), a component in SAP NetWeaver.
