Computacenter Services and PCs With Intel vPro Technology

Overview With an established focus on technology innovation and corporate social responsibility, Caja Madrid introduced the 'Zero Paper Project' to realise its vision of implementing a digital office environment. Recognising the potential productivity and cost benefits of re-engineering manual processes with an electronic paperless solution, the project was designed to drive improved working processes while supporting Caja Madrid's efforts in preserving the environment. Having evaluated a range of options to replace notepads, the financial group equipped over 300 employees with Intel Centrino mobile technology-based tablet PCs, delivering wireless access to electronic files and mission-critical enterprise information via a WLAN environment across both the headquarters & main corporate buildings.
