Overview Providing IT services to a large facility through a permanent, on-site presence is relatively easy for Ness Technologies. The challenge is providing that same level of service to the customer's satellite facilities. There is a critical need for a better set of tools for remote, centralized service for these more distributed sites. Ness Technologies believes that the solution to these challenges lies with the new remote-management capabilities built into PCs with Intel vPro technology. To address the issue of traditional, costly problem resolution, Ness Technologies has validated the new remote diagnostics and repair capabilities of Intel vPro technology in a lab setting, using third-party management software.
